A pretty good effort for your age and amount of development experience! If you were to continue development, adding some sound effects would probably help to add to the mood of the game. Specifically, one thing that you could do is add a sound effect that plays when the player finds and solves the right problem so that they don't have to be looking at one specific part of the screen to figure out if they've solved it (such as not needing to look down at your feet all the time, and not needing to look out for the timer resetting). Also, having a bit of backstory for what's happening in the game, or things like clear signs that show where certain things/problem locations on the ship are would help players feel more grounded in your game.
